At Blochinger Home Inspections, family is my foundation. In 1980, my father started the family business, and I began working as a full-time home inspector with my father in 1986. My mother was a realtor and my siblings are builders, so you could say I grew up in the industry. Fifteen years ago, my father retired and I became owner and operator of Blochinger Home Inspections.

The values of hard work and meticulous attention to detail instilled in me by my father, combined with thirty years of experience and over 20,000 home inspections, have enabled me to provide my clients with the highest quality service and expert experience in my field. When I’m not professionally inspecting homes, my passion lies in remodeling and working on homes. In my spare time, I enjoy flying ultralight aircrafts and playing the guitar. I’m an avid reader, and I love to indulge in the arts. My favorite pastimes include exploring the beauty of nature and this wide world through camping and traveling.
